Eggplant - Snowy

This Italian-type eggplant produces 18cm (7") long fruits with glossy, snowy white skins that resists yellowing. The sweet, mild flesh is meaty and firm, holding up well in cooking.

The sturdy plants are vigorous, and well adapted to a wide variety of conditions, including containers. This fast grower is a great choice for growers in short season areas.

How big will my seedling be?

While most of our seedlings grow tall, strong, and hearty, we cannot guarantee the size of each seedling.

This item is available for pickup only on Saturday, May 9th at the Nepean Museum (16 Rowley ave) from 9 am - 2 pm. No shipping is offered at checkout. It may also be available (quantities permitting) at the Friends of the Farm Sale on Sunday, May 10th from 8:30 am - 1 pm.
