Eggplant - Rosa Bianca

This delectable Italian heirloom eggplant is known for its beauty as well as its culinary features. The plump, 10-15cm (4-6") fruits are globular and bi-coloured in a gradient.

Like a work of art, their ivory canvases are covered in broad, violet/purple brushstrokes. The mildly sweet flesh is meaty, with no bitterness.

How big will my seedling be?

While most of our seedlings grow tall, strong, and hearty, we cannot guarantee the size of each seedling.

This item is available for pickup only on Saturday, May 9th at the Nepean Museum (16 Rowley ave) from 9 am - 2 pm. No shipping is offered at checkout. It may also be available (quantities permitting) at the Friends of the Farm Sale on Sunday, May 10th from 8:30 am - 1 pm.
